The picturesque medieval town of Kutná Hora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, lies approximately 60 km east of Prague. The main source of Kutná Hora’s beauty and wealth was in the silver mines, which were most intensively exploited in the 14th and 15th centuries. At that time, the town rivaled Prague itself in importance. During this trip you will see interesting and remarkable monuments such as the unique Gothic Cathedral of St. Barbara, the patron saint of miners. Entrance to the Cathedral of St. Barbara and the Conservatoire in Sedlec is included exclusively in the price.
SUMMER SEASON: April – October, WINTER SEASON: November – March
